About US

The Washington Camera Club of Washington County, Pennsylvania was founded in 1939.  The club formed for the purpose of advancing the knowledge and enjoyment of the art of photography for its members.

From the days of developing photos from film to using digital cameras with instant photo viewing, our camera club has experienced it all and has grown with new technologies.

The Washington Camera Club is geared for the beginner photographer to the most serious, dedicated, even professional, photographer.  We welcome everyone at any level with any type of equipment who wants to learn more and share experiences with other photographers.  All camera types are welcome including smartphones, point-and-shoot cameras, DSLRs, mirrorlless cameras, etc.
